Our products are precision 3D printed to order. Each item is manufactured specifically for your order, which means we cannot resell returned items.
We recommend reviewing all product specifications and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturing error on our part, please contact us at apr3dxyz@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include photos of the defect and your order number. We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Damage from Use or Installation
Important Notice
We do not accept liability for any damage caused by use or improper installation of our products. Our products are designed for karting applications and should be installed by experienced mechanics.
Custom Orders
Custom orders with team logos or personalisation cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your custom order request.
