Terms & Conditions

    Last updated: September 2026

    1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the APR Karting Parts website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

APR Karting Parts is operated from Kent, United Kingdom. These terms are governed by English law.

    2. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products. A binding contract is formed only when:

    • We have received your payment in full
    • You receive an order confirmation email from us

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if there are errors in pricing or product information.

    3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order.

    4. Product Information

All our products are precision 3D printed to order. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur in:

    • Colour consistency between prints
    • Minor dimensional tolerances (within ±0.2mm)
    • Surface finish texture

Product images are for illustration purposes. The actual product may vary slightly from photographs shown.

    5. Custom Orders

Custom orders are subject to the following conditions:

    • Minimum quantity: 12 pieces per order
    • Payment: Full payment is required upfront before production begins
    • Lead time: Typically 5-10 working days, depending on complexity
    • Cancellation: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

For custom order enquiries, please use our Custom Orders form.

    6. Delivery

We ship across the United Kingdom only. Collection is not available.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days for UK mainland addresses.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. For full delivery information, see our Shipping Information.

    7. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products. Please ensure you have selected the correct items before completing your purchase.

If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us at apr3dxyz@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.

    8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, and images, is the property of APR Karting Parts and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

    9. Limitation of Liability

Our products are designed for karting applications and are intended for use by experienced kart racers and mechanics.

We do not accept liability for any damage caused by use or improper installation of our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products
    • We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect use, modification, or installation

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

    10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    11. Safety, Suitability & Liability Disclaimer

Our products are not toys. They are 3D-printed items intended for adults and hobbyists and are not suitable for children under 14. They must not be given to, or left within reach of, young children — small or detachable parts present a serious choking hazard. None of our items are tested or certified to any toy-safety standard (including EN 71, ASTM F963 or the UK Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011).

3D-printed parts can have sharp edges, may break under stress, can be flammable, and may degrade with heat, sunlight, chemicals or repeated use. You are responsible for inspecting each item before use and for using it only for its intended purpose.

By placing an order, opening, handling or using any APR 3D product, you accept that you do so entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APR 3D accepts no liability for any injury, illness, death, loss or damage — to people, pets or property — arising from misuse, unsupervised use by a child, modification, or any failure to follow this warning. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

    12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
